We offer a full 30 day money back return policy upon approval of the returning item(s) by the store.  All items must be returned in the same condition as items were sent from the store and preferred same packaging.  All items will carry insurance that is $50.00 greater than the total amount of item(s) shipped.

We offer free shipping with all purchases over $150.00. If you would like packages insured over standard insurance, priority shipping, and shipping to locations other than purchaser will require additional charges as needed. 

Yes! We buy a large quantity of our gemstones in bulk so we may have a similar gemstone in stock or something  more suitable for your taste.  Customers returning items for exchange will assume all fees associated with returning the items to the store.

All items are subject to inspection upon receipt and prior to any and all exchanges.   

Yes! Currently we offer $50, $100, and $200 gift cards. We also offer gift packaging for all occasions (i.e. Mother's Day, Engagement, Birthdays, etc..)
